The Addams Family cartoon remake has come out, and although all of the characters have remained the same, as in previous releases of the Addams Family, from what I can tell it is completely different. Gomez and Morticia Addams are in the movie, along with their children and the rest of the family.

In the movie, the Addams Family fleas to an undisclosed location to avoid civilization. However, a new community called “assimilation” forms nearby, and the head of the community confronts the Addams Family. This is where the conflict begins.

This movie is a comedy, and it appeals to a younger age group. The best part of the movie for me was the beginning when the Addams Family arrives at their new home in New Jersey. Gomez and Morticia Addams are confused how someone could ever live there, and the scene then shows a dark and grim place which is supposed to be New Jersey.

Overall the movie was pretty good and I would recommend it to anyone, especially younger kids because of the humor.
