Joe Biden Won the 2020 United States Election
Joe Biden has won the 2020 United States election. But why wasn’t this announced on Election Day? To start off, this was mainly because of mail-in ballots. Some states only started counting these mailed votes on Election Day. Additionally, more delays were created by votes that were mailed in from citizens staying abroad or in other states. Since America is a populated country, it took time to tally every vote.
Despite these setbacks, it was announced that Joe Biden is the 46th president of the United States. President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris gave their victory speeches to an exuberant crowd on November 8, 2020 in Delaware.
